How do I adjust the flame size?
All of our butane-powered lighters feature an adjustable flame.
- Locate the butane refill valve, which also controls the flame size.
- Use a flathead screwdriver or a small key to adjust the flame:
Turn toward the “-” symbol or rotate clockwise to reduce the flame
Turn toward the “+” symbol or rotate counterclockwise to increase the flame

Does the lighter come pre-filled with butane?
No. Due to government regulations regarding the shipment of flammable materials, it is illegal to ship lighters containing butane or any other flammable substances.
As a result, our lighters are shipped empty.
Butane gas and lighter fluid can be easily purchased at most convenience stores at a very low cost.

Do I need to be a certain age to order?
No, there is no minimum age to order our lighters.
Are the lighters refillable?
Yes, all of our lighters are refillable with butane or lighter fluid depending on the lighter.
Does the lighter come with butane?
Due to governmental restrictions on shipping flammable products, shipping items with butane or any kind of flammable substance is illegal. However, butane and lighter fluid can be purchased in almost any convenient store for very cheap.
How do I refill my lighter?
If your lighter uses lighter fluid, then simply unscrew the cap of the fluid tank and pour the lighter fluid inside. Wait for 30 secs to allow the wick to soak in the lighter fluid before igniting.
For lighters that use butane gas. Follow the steps below:
1. Purge the remaining air from the lighter by pressing down on the nozzle at the bottom of the lighter with a flathead screwdriver. Skipping this step will prevent the lighter from functioning as it will be shooting out the air instead of butane when you try to ignite the flame. You will know this step is complete when you no longer hear noise coming from the lighter when pressing the valve with the screwdriver.
2. When refilling, make sure that the gas isn't leaking out. Some butane bottle nozzles are too big or too small which causes the gas to leak and won't work properly. We recommend Ronson Butane Fuel, which can be purchased at any Walmart or convenience store for a few bucks and fits perfectly with our lighters.
3. Afterwards, you may need to adjust the flame size at the bottom of the lighter using a flathead screwdriver. First, turn down the flame size to the lowest setting by turning towards the "-". Then, turn towards the "+" direction gradually and try to ignite it. If the size is too small or too large, the lighter will not light.
4. You may also need to let the lighter sit for 30 seconds before trying to ignite it.
How long does the colored-flame last?
Some lighters such as ones with green or pink flames will not keep their color forever. The colored flames in a lighter is a temporary effect that lasts until a small internal component, usually a wire treated with a chemical like lithium or strontium chloride, is completely burned away.
However, this does not impact the lighter's functionality or durability. Our lighters are designed to last a lifetime.
How do I adjust the flame size?
All of our butane gas lighters have adjustable flame sizes. First, locate the butane refill valve. This valve is also used to adjust the flame size. You will need to use a flathead screwdriver or key to adjust the flame. To lower the flame size, turn towards the "-" sign or turn right. To increase the flame size, turn towards the "+" sign or turn left.
